Carefully looking at all labels is a huge part of eating healthy and we started to discover all the junk that is found in our grocery store’s food. Almost immediately we started looking into introducing supplements to our diet, eating more local and fresh.

Sassy came across sea moss pills first (Instagram of course!) then about a week later, she ran into a person at her local hometown market on a trip home to PA to see her kids. Sea Moss Gel was the topic of discussion. She tried a sample of the kind lady’s Sea Moss Gel and that began the idea of sharing the wealth of health benefits found in Sea Moss.

So, Sassy started doing her own research, and bought some Raw Sea Moss and the fun began! It sparked her to see what it would take to start a small market, where she could not only share her love of Sea Moss, but her passion of Living Healthier, Using Local Home Grown Products, Gardening, and Pottery.

So here we are….the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of many products to come to Sassy’s Sea Market. Looking to improve our lives and all who are interested in installing wellness into their lives.
